The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, May 5 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will tell Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) she’s fallen into Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) trap.
Also coming up, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will reunite with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Plus, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) may have found a place. And Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) will run into Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Y&R spoilers tease Kyle tell will tell his girlfriend he heard Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) old condo is available. Perhaps they could move there. He’ll show her photos but Claire will whine because Kyle had the audacity to consider the place without consulting her.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Claire Tells Kyle She Should Have Had A Say
Claire will say she should have at least been able to weigh in. As usual, Kyle will apologize to his uber sensitive girlfriend. But eventually, she’ll relent, like she always does. And she’ll agree to speak with Adam about his old place.
At Society, Nate will meet up with Audra and ask what she’s been up to while he was away. She’ll tell him she’s got so many ideas for her new company. He’ll ask if Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) been pleased with her progress.
“He wants me to do whatever it takes to get it running,” she’ll reply. Nate will say Victor must be shelling out some big bucks, but Audra will say he hasn’t given her any money yet. He’ll worry that Victor’s going to stab her in the back.
But she’ll change the subject. “The last thing I want to do is waste our precious first moments together is talking about Victor Newman.” So, they’ll discuss how well he got along with his brother, while they were in Boston with Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford).
Meanwhile, at yet another restaurant, Damian will tell Lily he’s sorry. “The way I handled this whole thing has been a little unfair to you,” he’ll add. “I hope we can find a way to move past it.”
Then they’ll have the same mind numbing conversation about the faceless Aristotle Dumas that they’ve already had at least four or five times. But eventually, they’ll switch it up. Lily will ask Damian to set up a meeting between her and Dumas and he’ll agree to it.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Damian And Lily Discuss Their Fathers
Damian will say while he was away with Nate, he told him all about Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). So, he’ll ask her to have a drink with him at the Jazz Club. They’ll head down there, discuss their late fathers and they’ll toast Neil.
Finally, at the GCAC restaurant, Sally and Billy will also be toasting, with champagne. Then Phyllis will walk over. “You must be over the moon that I’m gone,” she’ll say to Sally. She’ll assume they’re celebrating her losing her job. “We would never celebrate that being taken away from you,” Sally will tell her. Phyllis will sit down and tell Billy he can’t do this without her.
But Billy will say he’s got someone. “Who did you get?” she’ll ask. “Sally,” he’ll reply. Phyllis will assume they’ve had it in the works for weeks. “How’d you pull this off?” she’ll ask Sally. “Convincing Billy to throw away our very long friendship and fire me, so you could take my place?”
However, Billy will tell Phyllis that’s not what happened and the conversation is pointless. “This is a pattern with you, you fire your partners, especially ones you were romantically involved with,” Phyllis will reply. She’ll tell Sally to just ask Lily, he axed her. “Then he took that axe and drove it right into her back.”
Sally will tell Phyllis that’s enough. “I know Billy, I know he’s charming and sweet and he’s like baby we’re going to do this together,” Phyllis will say. “It’s just you and me against the world.” She’ll add that, in the blink of an eye, he pulls the rug out from under you.
Phyllis will warn Sally she will fall into the same trap as the rest of them. “Mark my words.” She’ll tell Billy it isn’t over. After Phyllis leaves, Billy will want to continue their celebration. But Sally will no longer be in the mood. “She vowed to have the last laugh,” she’ll say. “That threat was real.”
